CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens. However, as a small business, cancellations, no-shows and rescheduling can really hurt us. We request 48 hour notice for all cancellations & rescheduling. All no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours or on the same day of scheduled appointment will result in a 40% charge: (Color, Extension, & Smoothing. appointments will be based off an estimated starting price.) No call no show will result in 95% charge of the scheduled appointment. Not excluding Root Touch Ups, All over Color, Haircuts, Etc. Excluding Color, Extensions, and Smoothing Services. Cancellations and No-Shows must be paid before booking future appointments. Salon also reserves the right to request a deposit from or refuse to service clients who no-show or cancel within 48 hours. Rescheduling- Any rescheduling that’s 7 days past the original appointment will result in the cancellation fee and then will be rescheduled. If this does become a habit the 7 days will be voided and you will be charged rescheduling fee. All New Clients are REQUIRED to book online & have a card on file. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
